Every book has a story to tell and a heart to reach. The Importance of Genre Program seeks to educate visitors about the history of the fantasy genre, dating back to the 1800s. Our weekly guest speaker will come in to discuss the history of fantasy before showcasing a new book from our collection and discussing its contribution to the genre as a whole.
